Ask which public-site and prospectus tools are available for your school, what content preparation is included, and who will handle an optional domain's purchase, renewal and setup. Do not assume every website option is included in every plan.
Payments remain your school's responsibility
SchoolRev is priced as a school subscription, not a cut of fee payments. Parents pay their school directly and in full; SchoolRev never holds school funds. Parents use the school's payment instructions. Banks and payment providers may apply their own charges; domain, hosting or other third-party services may also have separate costs.

Plans
Choose a per-student plan or a flat-term plan, depending on the size of their active roster. New schools receive a 14-day demo period, and plan changes are scheduled for a new term so existing billing remains clear.
